OUR STORY
Butchers have been a cornerstone of this valley for hundreds of years. Butcher's connect the line between local, farm-raised meat and the dinner tables in our community. Working with the ranchers, butchers, hunters, and farmers across Rogue Valley, we hope to help create a community food hub, custom butcher shop and butcher training program that lasts for the next 100 years.
